Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
The Tissue Procurement Facility (TPF) was established in 2009 to fulfill the needs of the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center (LCCC) for the procurement of biospecimens, a key component of many clinical, translational, and basic research studies. TPF serves a a centralized quality controlled, quality assured faciility for the procurement, processing, storage, and distribution of normal and malignant biospecimens; and houses the Center's solid tumor biorepository (LCCC 9001) and hematologic tumor biorepository (LCCC 0824). As a fully staffed core facility TPF offers standard specimen services from consent and collection for projects reliant on our repositories, long term dessicator and cryostorage, full-service clinical trial collection and processing, and an array of bespoke specimen options for unique project needs.
